Overview

Singapore and Vietnam signed an Implementation Agreement on carbon credits cooperation on 16 September 2025. A copy of the signed agreement can be found below.

More details of the processes to seek Article 6 authorisation of the mitigation activities and the mitigation outcomes, including required documents at each stage will be published in due course.

Joint Committee

The Joint Committee is a coordination body that oversees the administration of the Implementation Agreement.
