Instructions for Use

Download and access the form template
[Applicants are advised to access and fill up the form templates in Microsoft Word document]
Complete the form template and prepare supporting documents for submission
Submit the completed form and any supporting documents to ICC_Article_6@nea.gov.sg and cm.rwanda@rema.gov.rw Please note the guidelines for submission below.
No earlier than at the time of the Stage B Form submission, submit the completed Option Agreement (Binding Offer to the Singapore Government) and any supporting documents to Austen_CAMPBELL@mti.gov.sg , Flora_TOH@mti.gov.sg and Jason_YUN@mti.gov.sg

File Format for Attachments

All completed forms and supporting documents are to be submitted in PDF file format.
For the submission of Stage A to C, please save and submit the forms as a certified read-only copy.

Naming Conventions

Applicants should title the subject of their email submissions as:

RW-SG Application Submission - [Stage A/B/C] for [Name of Mitigation Activity] [Mitigation Activity Reference Number (only applicable for Stages B and C submissions)]
E.g. RW-SG Application Submission - Stage B for Project XYZ [RW-SG-123456]

Inclusion of External Links

Applicants should avoid submitting external links (such as links to file hosting services) as part of your application.

Should you exceed the attachment size limit, you may send the attachment(s) in a separate email.

Note: Submissions and Notices relating to the Option Agreement should only be sent to Austen_CAMPBELL@mti.gov.sg, Flora_TOH@mti.gov.sg and Jason_YUN@mti.gov.sg no earlier than during the time of the Stage B Form submission.
